Gul Rehman, Agha Shahid, M. Sadiq appointed as Member Technical

LAHORE:  Ministry of Law and Justice issued a notification for appointment of three officials of Pakistan Customs Service (PCS) as Member Technical of Customs Appellate Tribunals in Karachi, Lahore and Quetta.

The notification stated that in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section 3 of Section-194 of the Customs Act 1969, the federal government appointed Agha Shahid Majeed Khan (PCS/BS-20) as Member Technical Bench-II, Karachi.

Muhammad Sadiq (PCS/BS-20) appointed as Member Technical Customs Appellate Tribunal, Bench-II, Lahore while Gul Rehman will assume the charge of Member Technical in Customs Appellate Tribunal, Quetta bench.

The notification further stated these officials will perform their duties on deputation basis for a period of three years or till they attain the age of superannuation, with effect from the date they assume the charge of the posts or until further order, whichever is earlier.
