Member Technical Agha Shahid to retire on June 1

ISLAMABAD: Agha Shahid Majeed Khan, a Pakistan Customs Service officer of BS-20, is going to retire from the government service on attaining the age of superannuation.

The officer, presently posted as Member Technical, Customs Appellate Tribunal, Bench-II, Karachi, will stand retired from the government service with effect from June 1, 2019.

Agha Shahid had assumed charge of Member Technical after relinquishing the charge of the post of Director General (OPS), Directorate General of Input Output Coefficient Organization, Karachi on October 01, 2018.

He had taken charge of the post of Director General (OPS) of DG IOCO, Karachi on March 22, 2018 after relieving charge of the post of Director, Directorate General of Training & Research (Customs), Karachi on the same date.

The officer took charge as Director, Directorate General of Training & Research (Customs), Karachi on January 15, 2018. He had relinquished the charge of the post of Chief, Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad with effect from January 23. He had worked as Collector at Model Customs Collectorate, Hyderabad in year 2017.

Majeed Khan relinquished the charge of the post of Collector, Model Customs Collectorate of Exports (Port Muhammad Bin Qasim), Karachi on February 1, 2016 and assumed the Charge of the post of Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Hyderabad on same date.
