Collector Zulfiqar inaugurates Customs House mess & rest room

ISLAMABAD:  Customs Collectorate Collector Zulifaqar Ali Chaudhary Collector inaugurated Customs House mess and rest room for drivers and preventive staff at the premises of the Collectorate.

Addressing the participants, the collector said that there was a serious issue for staff as well as officers to get quality food during working hours. He said that he is happy to inaugurate customs house mess which will provide healthy food to the customs officials. He also advised the officers of customs house to properly check the food.

He said that same food will be provided to the Collectorate officers as well as other staff members that no discrimination will be allowed between customs staff and officers regarding food. The collector also inspected the newly-formed rest room for staff of the preventive department.

After inaugurating the mess, the collector met with officers who participated in the event comprising Additional Collector Muhammad Ashfaque, Deputy Collector Wajid Zaman and Sadia Usman.
