Customs Preventive Inspectors Ashfaq Baig, Yasin Wattoo re-instated

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) issued notification for re-instatement of Customs Preventive Inspector Muhammad Ashfaq Baig and Inspector.

According to notification no: 0190-C-IV/2019: Muhammad Ashfaq Baig and  Inspector Yasin Wattoo (BS-16) of Customs Collectorate of Preventive, Lahore who was placed under suspension vide board’s notification no: 0065-C-IV/2018, dated 12.1.2018 is hereby re-instated into service from the date of imposition of minor penalty of “withholding of two annual increments without cumulative effect” imposed by the Chief Collector Customs (Central) Lahore/authorized officer vide notification no: CUS/APT/DC/Inquiry/16/2017/655 dated 6.7.2018. His period of suspension from 12.1.2018 to 16.7.2018 is treated as leave of kind due.
