Case against Fatima Enterprises Limited dismissed

MULTAN: An Appellant Tribunal of Customs has dismissed the two cases of Customs Collectorate Multan against the Fatima Enterprises Limited for the violation of import and export under DTRE scheme and tax evasion worth Rs 450 million.

Fatima Enterprises Limited imported grey fabrics from the foreign for the processing and manufacturing and imported excess quantity of grey fabrics than their manufacturing capacity and Customs had registered cases against it which have been quashed.
