KPT ships movement, cargo handling report

KARACHI: Following were the movements of ships and cargo handling at the Karachi Port Trust (KPT) during the last 24 hours, ending at 0700 hours.
SHIPS ARRIVED: M.T Karachi Tanker CMA CGM Rigoletto Container Ship Tabernacle Prince Cement Tiger Tenacity Tanker Ocean Feather General Cargo Rattana Naree General Cargo CMA CGM Mumbai Container Ship SHIPS SAILED: Clemen’sSchulte Navios Galileo Kota Karim Chang hang Cang Hai CMA CGM Rigoletto CARGO HANDLING TURNOVER: The total cargo handled at Karachi Port during the last 24 hours closed at 170,945 Metric Tons.

The breakup shows that the port has handled 40,432 Metric Tons of export cargo and 130,513 Metric Tons of import cargo during the said period.
