FBR assigns Rs4135m revenue collection task to Multan Customs for March

MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) assigned revenue collection task of Rs4135 million for the month of March in the ongoing FY 2018-19.

According to details, Customs Collectorate has been assigned monthly revenue collection task for the month of March. The Federal Board of Revenue assigned Customs Collectorate revenue collection target under the heads of customs duty, sales tax, federal excise duty (FED) and withholding tax (WHT) for the month of current month of March.

Multan Customs Collectorate has been given customs duty revenue collection target of Rs1424 million for month of March. The Collectorate was given Rs2693 million target for the collection of sales tax for March.

The Federal Board of Revenue has given collection task of Rs8 million under the head of federal excise duty (FED) after observing previous collection. Multan Customs set income tax target of Rs.10 million for the period of March 2019.
