KARACHI: Following were the movements of ships and cargo handling at the Karachi Port Trust (KPT) during the last 24 hours, ending at 0700 hours on Friday.
SHIPS ARRIVED: MOL Grandeur Container Ship Bulj Chile Fertilizer APL Chongqing Container Ship Gladiator General Cargo Gannet S Tanker Beijing Venture General Cargo M.T.Lahore Tanker Xin Mei Zhou Container Ship SHIPS SAILED: CMA CGM Medea BW Tiger Sea Phantom SM Vancouver CARGO HANDLING TURNOVER: The total cargo handled at the Karachi Port during the last 24 hours closed at 149,106 Metric Tons.
The breakup shows that the port has handled 87,354 Metric Tons of export cargo and 61,752 Metric Tons of import cargo during the said period.
