Collector Ambreen Tarar directs all employees to join office after Eid holidays

MULTAN: The Customs Collectorate has directed all employees to immediately join office after Eid-ul-Fitr holidays otherwise stern action will be taken against those employees who ignored the directions.

According to details, Collector Ambreen Ahmad Tarar has directed all employees of the Collectorate to join their official responsibilities after the Eid-ul-Fitr to achieve assigned tasks immediately. The Collectorate will take strict disciplinary action against those employees who will remain absent from their duty after the completion of Eid-ul–Fitr holidays.

It is learnt that Multan Customs routine operations disturbed very badly due to absence of employees and it creates issues for the Collectorate to run its operations because substitute of absent employees are also not intimated about the leave of employees on time and it also creates administrative issues for Multan Customs in performing their assigned tasks.

Few employees at the Customs Collectorate are very habitual in terms of repute to make extra holidays after the Eid-ul-Fitr. Multan Customs has also cancelled leaves of employees who applied for other than Eid-ul-Fitr holidays. Multan Customs Collector Ambreen Ahmad Tarar has informed all employees to join their duties right away in order to achieve the set targets because June is the closing month of fiscal year 2018-19 and Multan Customs is making full efforts for the accomplishment of revenue task.
