ISLAMABAD: Prices of petroleum products are likely to increase by Rs8.90 from 1st of August.
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has proposed increase of Rs5.15 per liter in price of petrol, Rs 5.65 per liter in price of HSD and rise of Rs5.38 per liter in price of kerosene oil. The new prices of petroleum products will be applicable from 1st of August.
For the month of July, the federal government had kept the prices of petroleum products unchanged after making adjustments in tax rates.
