FBR to hold short skill development programme from 19th to August 23

MULTAN: The Federal Board of Revenue has directed all chief commissioners Inland Revenue including RTO Multan to arrange short skill development programme on system audit of withholding agents of tax deduction, collection and deposit.

The Federal Board of Revenue is taking revolutionary changes for expansion of tax collection revenue of the field offices of nationwide Regional Tax Offices, Corporate tax Offices and Large Tax Units.

Special Assistant to Director General Withholding Tax Tauqeer Ahmed Shujra has asked all field formations including Regional Tax Office Multan to enable the officers to undertake system audit of withholding taxes of major withholding payers.

The Federal Board of Revenue has directed Directorate General of Training & Research Inland Revenue to conduct training for the skill development and learning of Officers working in the Regional Tax Offices, Corporate tax Offices and Large Tax Units (LTU,s).The short training programme will be arranged in three different cities including Islamabad ,Karachi and Lahore .

Training programme will be held from 19th to 23 August 2019 at three stations simultaneously and there will be ten different batches with three hours duration for each. The Federal Board of Revenue has seek names of Officers already processing skills of System Audit and nominate any officer from each Regional Tax Offices, Corporate tax Offices and Large Tax Units (LTU,s) as master trainers.
