ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) issued S.R.O. (I)/2019 for establishment of customs dryport at Azakhel, Pir Piai, district Nowshera Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The SRO read “in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9 and clause (a) of section 10 of the customs act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue, is pleased to notify railway land at Pir Piai measuring 3471 marlas (khasra no. 395/2, 395/1, 472/2 and 396/2) as customs dryport Azakhel, Pir Piai, district Nowshera KP for clearance of goods imported, exported and transit cargo to specify the limits thereof situated alongside Pir Piai Railway Station duly covered with boundary wall having to its:-
