If any GD is to be filed in One Customs, approval of the same is to be given by the concerned Collector only. Each Collectorate will keep serially numbered record of GDs approved to be processed in One Customs. The Collector will accord approval on a serially numbered seal embossed Approval form as per Annex-A. This authority for approval or otherwise lies with the Collector and shall not be delegated.

All the chief collectors will ensure monitoring and complete crossover for filing GDs in the WeBOC Glow system.

It is necessary to mention here that Pakistan Customs launched “WeBOC-Glo” — a modern version of WeBOC Customs’ clearance system — to ensure speedy clearance of goods in order to reduce parking time at ports to facilitate businesses.

WeBOC-Glo will be a technologically advanced version of WeBOC, which is an end-to-end automated online goods clearance system home grown by PC in 2011.
