Multan Appraisement issues recovery notice to M/s Thaheem International

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Appraisement Faisalabad recovery branch issued attachment warrant to M/s. Thaheem International for the recovery of outstanding dues worth Rs1.114 million.

Sources told Customs Today that Customs Collectorate Appraisement has initiated recovery of government dues from defaulters on the directions of Collector Saima Shehzad.

The Customs Collectorate Appraisement Faisalabad recovery branch of Multan Dry Port has issued its notice to  M/s. Thaheem International located in Thaheem Plaza 23-24 GC, Shah Rukn-e-Alam Colony Multan for recovery of outstanding amount Rs1.114 million.

Assistant Collector Multan Dry Port Beenish Rasheed has appointed Superintendent Ehtisham-ul-Haq as attachment officer for the recovery of outstanding amount from defaulter.

Recovery Officer Beenish Rasheed has given special directives to attach the movable and immovable properties belonging to the defaulter for recovery of government taxes in terms of rule 133 and 151 of the Customs Rule 2001 with Section 202 of the Customs Act 1969.

If M/s Thaheem International failed to deposit outstanding amount then Customs Collectorate Appraisement will attach movable and immovable  property and they have been directed not to sell directly or indirectly ,sell mortgage charge lease  otherwise deal with all movable and immovable property belonging to you excepted with the session of undersigned.
