During the meeting it was decided that the State Bank of Pakistan will be approached to facilitate e-payment of duty and taxes, while WeBOC module would also be updated to facilitate e-payments.

The participants of the meeting decided that no one will be allowed to enter Customs House premises without a face mask. A sanitizing walk through gate is also being installed at the entrance of the building.

An app is designed, and a focal person is appointed, who would have the authority to allow entrance or refuse entrance to persons other than Customs officials.

WHO prescribed chemicals would be used to fumigate the entire Custom House building on Thursday and Friday. Moreover, employees of 50 plus age would be exempted from attendance at office.

The meeting was informed that all the officials at WeBOC Network Data Center at 9th floor of the building had tested negative for the virus.
