FBR promotes Syed Fawad Ali Shah, M. Amir

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) issued notification for promotion of Syed Fawad Ali Shah from BS 19 to BS-20 and Muhammad Amir from BS-20 to BS-21 with immediate effect.

According to notification “Syed Fawad Ali Shah, BS-19 officer of Pakistan Customs Service is promoted to BS-20 on regular basis with immediate effect and subject to the final outcome of the litigation in W.P. No. 904/2020 in the Islamabad High Court, Islamabad.

The officer, if drawing performance allowance prior to issuance of this notification, shall continue to draw this allowance on his BS-20 position.

Muhammad Amir a BS-20 officer of Pakistan Customs Service is also promoted to BS-21 on regular basis with immediate effect and subject to the final outcome of the litigation in W.P. No. 904/2020  in Islamabad High Court.

The officer will actualize his promotion to BS-21 on assuming the charge of the chief collector, Customs Balochistan, Quetta vide Board’s notification no. 0712-C-I/2020 dated 30.4.2020.
