Faisalabad Appraisement seeks record from M/s Sunrise Citrus Factory for audit

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Appraisement Faisalabad audit branch has directed M/s Sunrise Citrus Factory to submit record for audit under section 26 of the customs act 1969.

According to the details, Deputy Collector Appraisement Faisalabad Aneeqa Afzal has directed M/s Sunrise Citrus Factory to submit record under DTRE. M/s Sunrise Citrus Factory is located near village Mateela Tehsil Kot Momin district Sargodha.

The Collectorate has issued several reminders to M/s Sunrise Citrus Factory for the submission of record under SRO 450(I)/2001 dated 18-06-02001 but despite several reminders from Collectorate they failed to submit any record to audit branch.

Deputy Collector Aneeqa Afzal has given five days deadline for the submission of record for otherwise Collectorate will take strict action against M/s Sunrise Citrus Factory for the violations of provisions of Rules 307 E, 307 A,307 D read with rule 302(I)(b),307A (I),306 of SRO 450(I)/2001 and section of  32(3-A), 26 and 202 of Customs act 1969 under Customs act 1969.

TCustoms Collectorate Appraisement has issued final notice to M/s Sunrise Citrus Factory for submission of necessary record for scrutiny. Further action will be taken after the scrutiny of record in audit.
