In the second case staff deputed at Express Mail Service, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi affected a seizure of 16.10 kilograms of unstitched cloth soaked with heroin. This is novel method of concealment as cotton cloth is readily combustible with no fumes. The cloth does not need re-extraction of the heroin as it can be smoked along with the cloth. The seized goods were being smuggled from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia and booked in the name of a famous mosque in Saudi Arabia.

The third case was also made at Express Mail Service, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi of 15.15 kilogram unstitched cloth soaked with heroin. Two persons have been arrested on the spot while attempting to smuggle the seized goods from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia.

In the 4th case staff of MCC JIAP Karachi  detected and seized 1000 Boostin injections recovered from a DHL parcel valuing  Rs6 million. Supreme Court of Pakistan has special instructions regarding crack down on artificial milk boosting injections used on cows as it is a serious public health risk.

The last case is of 67,000 memory cards valuing around Rs18.9 million recovered from a DHL parcel mis-declared as personal clothes etc.
