MTBA elects Malik Khadim Hussain Maitla as president & M. Sharif as general secretary

MULTAN: Multan Tax Bar Association elected Malik Khadim Hussain Maitla as President and Chaudhry Muhammad Sharif as General Secretary unopposed in tax bar association election for calendar year 2021-22.

Multan Tax Bar Association announced 23rd February last date for submission of nomination paper in the annual elections 2021-22.Candidate Malik Khadim Hussain Maitla and Chaudhry Muhammad Sharif submitted their nomination paper for president and General Secretary in the Multan tax bar association election. All candidates were elected unopposed including the executive member seats where polling was announced on 28th February in the Multan Tax Bar Association.

Nomination papers were submitted in the Regional Tax Office Multan in the supervision of Chief Election Commissioner Rana Muhammad Saeed Tariq Bhatti.

Chief Election Commissioner of Tax Bar Association collected nomination papers from candidates contesting at different seats and nomination papers were accepted and cleared after verification from Chief Election Commissioner of Multan Tax Bar Association.

According to election commissioner, Nazir Ahmad Khan has been elected unopposed Vice President of Multan Tax Bar Association. Muhammad Usman Khan has been elected as Joint Secretary unopposed .Finance Secretary Muhammad Tahir Shah and Library Secretary Muhammad Rafiq unopposed. Executive Members Mubashir Ali, Muhammad Naseer Ud Din Humayun, Muhammad Iftikhar Khokar , Muhammad Waqar Khan Azad were elected unopposed. All executive members for the four executive seats of Multan Tax Bar Association were elected unopposed for the calendar year 2021-22.
