MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Enforcement & Compliance (E&C) Multan redistributed tasks among additional collectors, assistant collectors and deputy collectors.
Multan Customs Collector Muneeza Majeed has assigned different tasks to Additional Collectors, Deputy Collector and Assistant Collectors along with other officials in order to streamline Collectorate’s workload.
Additional Collector-I Asdaq Afzal Sensera has been given responsibilities of ASO Bahawalpur /Multan Division. He will also look after all the matters relating to ASO branch of vehicles, drug enforcement cell, SWHs, I&P, auction/destruction of goods and Airports.
Additional Collector-II (HQ) will perform responsibilities of Anti-Smuggling Organization Division of Dera Ghazi Khan. He will also deal all the matters relating to ASO branch of vehicles, drug enforcement cell in the division. All matters of Headquarters, Admin, Budget, Accounts, General Branch, DRRA, Law, FTO, Refund/Rebate, Recovery and POL operation in the Collectorate.
Deputy Collector Muhammad Rehan Akram has been assigned the responsibilities of Headquarters –II including miscellaneous correspondence with the board/chief collectors Office. He will also look after the task regarding Recovery Cell, FTO, DRAA, PMDU and PO; operation in the Collectorate.
Assistant Collectors Aqsa Aslam has been assigned charges of Customs Collectorate ASO Divisions Dera Ghazi Khan/Multan and deals all matters relating to ASO in her divisions. He will also supervise Drug Enforcement Cell, ASO branch and auction/destruction of goods.
Assistant Collector (HQ-I) Tanvir Ahmad has been assigned responsibilities of ASO Bahawalpur Division and he will look after all matters relating to ASO and Drug Enforcement Cell in the Division. He will also deal with matters of Admin, Budget, accounts, Statistical branch, Refund/Rebate, I&P and forensic of vehicles.
Effective workload distribution of work will enhance the performance of Multan Customs.
