Multan Customs to hold special auction of perishable goods on July 30

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs Collectorate Enforcement & Compliance has announced special auction of perishable food items lying at the State Warehouse on July 30 (today).

The Collectorate has decided to dispose perishable goods through special auction. Additional Collector Ghulam Nabi Kamboh has approved list of perishable goods which will be offered in the auction. The special auction of perishable goods will be carried out at Multan Customs House.

Multan Customs will ensure special precautionary measures during the auction to prevent public from Corona spread-out and participants of auction will face mask and instruction for social distance will be followed during auction. Perishable food items are auctioned before its expiry

As many as 15 different lots of foreign origin of Chewing gum chic brand, energy drinks Red Bull, Copa, Hit Wafer with milky cream, Lalaei Bulgeria Wafer, Sansa toffee, Kish Shooniz Toffee, Golf Cocoa coconut bar, chamak sandwich biscuit, Chibo UHT Milk Cream, Cow milk cream Baltik-Khama cream brand, skimmed milk, Rani Juices, black tea, mega biz Basil Seed Juice, Pazira fruit bar, Meraj dates, tomato paste and pars avin honey will be offered. Their expiry date is 30th December 2021.  Assistant Collector Aqsa Aslam will supervise the auction of perishable goods and vehicles at Multan Dry Port along with other staff to ensure transparency.
