Customs  officials attend short training course

KARACHI:  A short training course was held for officials of Pakistan Customs Service at Police Academy. Commandant of National Police Academy A.D. Khawaja was the chief guest on the occasion.

After the completion of short training course, Commandant A.D. Khawaja also distributed shields among Pakistan Customs officials.

Earlier, a six-week training course for Pakistan Customs was  held under the CECAC (Customs Enforcement Curriculum for Assistant Collectors) Project came to an end on Friday 25 February 2022 with a ceremony in Karachi, Pakistan. This training is a major component of an ambitious programme and follows on from a number of activities that took place during 2020 and 2021, namely a two-week pilot training course, an institutional assessment mission and a train-the-trainer session. Around 20 young officers of the project’s beneficiary, Pakistan Customs, attended the course.
