Mercedes-Benz India’s sales increase 13% & stand at 10,201 units in 2014

NEW DELHI: Mercedes-Benz India’s yearly sales during 2014 increase 13 percent which stood at 10,201 units.

The company sold 9,003 units in 2013.

“We have recorded the highest ever sales in the history of Mercedes-Benz in India till date. In 2014 consumers witnessed a strong demand growth for our products, leading to long waitlist on some of the key products,” said Eberhard Kern, managing director and chief executive, Mercedes-Benz India.

“Our aggressive product strategy saw 10 new launches, coupled with our strategic network expansion strategy which witnessed a record 14 new outlets inaugurated.”
