FBR transfers five PCS officers of BS-19-20 to different stations

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notification for transfer and posting of five senior officers from the Pakistan Customs Service (BS-19 and BS-20) in Karachi, Hyderabad, Gadani, and Islamabad with immediate effect and until further orders:-

1. Naveed Illahi (BS-20) has been appointed as Chief at FBR Headquarters, Islamabad, replacing his role as Collector at Customs Appraisement (West), Karachi.

2. Dr. Nasir Khan (BS-19) transferred from Collector (OPS) at Customs Enforcement, Gadani to the same role in Hyderabad.

3. Syed Fazal Samad (BS-19) transferred from Chief (OPS) at FBR HQ and posted aso Collector (OPS) at Customs Enforcement, Gadani.

4. Ms. Mona Mehfooz (BS-19) transitions from Collector (OPS) in Hyderabad to Collector (OPS) at Customs Appraisement (West), Karachi.

5. Naveed-ur-Rehman (BS-19), previously Secretary at FBR HQ, Islamabad, is now Additional Collector at Collector HQs-Enforcement, Islamabad.

The notification also clarifies that officers currently receiving performance allowances will continue to do so at their new postings—except those assigned to FBR Headquarters.

All officers have been directed to submit charge relinquishment and assumption reports to FBR immediately for record and further action.
