LHC to hear petition on petrol price hike

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has scheduled the hearing of a petition concerning the prices of petroleum products.

According to details surfaced on Saturday, Justice Khalid Ishaq will hear the petition on September 30. The court has requested a report from the federal government’s lawyer. The petition has been filed by the Judicial Activism Panel (JAP) through Advocate Azhar Siddique.
