PESHAWAR: The Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has intensified its crackdown on property tax defaulters, sealing multiple units during special operations in Abbottabad and Swabi.

According to department officials, a targeted drive was conducted in the Qalandarabad area of Abbottabad under the supervision of Excise and Taxation Officer Ammar Jadoon. The operation focused on major property tax defaulters, and several units were sealed under legal provisions after repeated notices failed to secure payment of outstanding dues.

The department has reiterated that such operations will continue across the province without discrimination, ensuring effective tax recovery and compliance with provincial tax laws.
