Punjab launches online gateway for property payments

LAHORE: The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) has launched a digital payment gateway, allowing citizens to complete property-related transactions securely online.

The system introduces a six-step process for payments covering services such as e-Stamp, Fard, Mutation (Intiqal), Registry, land record copies, and other property-related charges.

Users begin by entering their challan number on the portal and retrieving details through the “Fetch” option.

The service is accessible through both the PLRA web portal and the Punjab Zameen mobile application, offering faster and more streamlined payment options for citizens.
