ISLAMABAD: To speed up facilitation for investors and business people, the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has introduced a digital ticketing hub to provide a one-window facility.
Through this digital platform, the problems, applications, and suggestions of both local and international investors and business owners will be addressed directly.
Local and foreign investors, traders, and entrepreneurs can submit applications via the ticketing hub to access information, connect with government authorities, and receive official guidance.
Once an application is submitted, applicants can track its status and real-time progress online.
The platform will offer comprehensive business support across various sectors. Under the new digital system, all applications will receive a response within 48 hours.
Upon completion of the request, the ticket will be formally closed, making the follow-up process more structured and effective.
