LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has formed two separate committees to oversee large-scale recruitment based on pay grades.
According to media reports, a three-member committee will review recruitment cases for posts from grade 11 to grade 16, and it will consist of the chief management and the secretary management.
A separate committee, comprising the secretary admin and the second secretary management, will examine recruitment cases for posts ranging from grade 1 to grade 10 within the FBR.
The FBR has also approved the formation of departmental selection committees to conduct inductions, and these committees will be bound to include at least one female member.
If a suitable female officer is not available within the concerned department, the Establishment Division will nominate a female member to the relevant selection committee.
