CALIFORNIA: Apple Inc, Google Inc, Intel Corp and Adobe Systems Inc have signed the agreement to pay US$415 million to workers for settlement the case. According to court documents they colluded not to poach one another’s employees.

The revised settlement still needs to be approved by US District Court Judge Lucy Koh, who rejected an earlier deal after deeming the damages to the plaintiffs in the class action suit filed in 2011 were insufficient.
