JOHANNESBURG: South African police have seized fake currency and nabbed two culprits near Lanseria in Johannesburg here the other night.
It’s understood officers made the discovery during a routine operation last night.
Further investigation led the police to a guest house where they found more fake notes of about R14,000.
The police’s Daniel Mavimbela says several items used in the crime have been seized.
“More signals were still on A4 and A5 printouts. Furthermore, police seized laptops, hard drive, ink and a printer.”
