FIA launches SMS service to register complaints

KARACHI: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has launched an SMS service to provide easy access to register complaints.

DG FIA Shahid Hayat said that interactive SMS had been launched where people could text message FIA to 8398 and register a complaint or suggestion. “For example if there is a complaint regarding the airport it will be forwarded to Additional Director Airport.”
