Flipkart starts selling Lenovo A6000 in Rs 6,999 to battle with Xolo L, Yu Yureka, Redmi Note 4G

NEW DELHI: Lenovo A6000 will be available for purchase from 2 PM today via Flipkart. The Lenovo A6000 will be available in four colours- black, white, red, and yellow. Only those who have pre-registered themshelves will be eligible to purchase the handset, which is priced at just Rs 6,999. However, if you have not registered yourself, you cannot participated. The registration for today’s sale has also been closed and would start after today’s sale is over.

Note that at Rs 6,999, the Lenovo A6000 is the cheapest 4G smartphone of India. Xolo LT900 (Rs 7,699), Yu Yureka (Rs 8,999), and Redmi Note 4G (Rs 9,999) are the chief competitors of Lenovo A6000.

Lenovo A6000 comes with a 1.2 GHz, 64 bit Snapdragon 410 quad core processor, Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system with Vibe UI 2.0 interface, and 1 GB RAM. The A6000 has 8 GB of internal storage and a 32 GB micro SD card slot. The smartphone has a 5 inch display with HD resolution.

Furthermore, the Lenovo A6000 has an 8 megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash light and a 2 megapixel fixed focus front camera. Most importantly, it has 4G (LTE) capability and comes withBluetooth 4.0 and WiFi as well. It is compatible with both TDD (2300 MHz, Band 40) and FDD (Band 3, 1800 MHz) networks of 4G.

In the Lenovo A6000, there is a 2300 mAh Li-In battery with claimed talktime of 13 hours over 3Gnetwork. Alternatively, it offers 11.5 days of 4G standby or 11 days of stand by on 2G/3G network.

The 128 grams weighing Lenovo A6000 measures 141x70x8.2 mm and has two micro SIM card slots. It has Dolby Digital certified twin speakers in the front as well.
