Adjudication Collector Saleem orders confiscation of non-customs paid car

MULTAN: Adjudication Collector Saleem Ahmad Ranjha has ordered to confiscate vehicle Crown Athlete while deciding a case.

The Customs Intelligence and Investigation had impounded the Rs 6 million vehicle from the Kot Sabzal police precincts two months ago.

The owner of the car fell short of documents and the vehicle was impounded for not paying customs duty. The car owner had not paid Rs 5 million customs duty.

A seizure case was registered with number 38/2014.

Adjudication Collector Saleem Ahmad Ranjha has finally decided confiscation under Section 16 of the Customs Act  punishable under Section 156(1), 89(1) Customs Act 1969 with SRO-499.
