All E-forms uploaded at WeBOC, sent for bank verification

KARACHI: “E-forms are being uploaded at WeBOC automated system at ratio of 100 percent and sent to the private banks for verification before exporting any consignments through Pakistan Customs”.

This was confirmed by a senior officer of the Model Customs Collectorate MCC Exports while talking to Customs Today at his office here on Tuesday.

He said that the MCC Export has formulated a comprehensive system for checking the authenticity of filed E-forms through WeBOC, automated system.

Responding to a query, he said that all E-forms dealing and transaction of export consignments are being conducted through automated system.

He said that the top most priority of MCC Export is to ensure timely clearance, quick examination and providing green channel facility to the exporters for increasing foreign exchange.

He further claimed that the Collectorate is planning to provide more facilities to the exporters in terms of boosting the export and increasing the foreign exchange reserves.
