TOKYO: There’s a centrally positioned cut-out for the camera and a slot at the bottom, potentially to minimize the metal case’s interference with wireless signal, The Verge said.
It said this could be consistent with the Galaxy Alpha and the Galaxy Note 4 and Note Edge, where Samsung used metal frames and a higher-end feel.
Also, it said the images suggest the unibody aluminium cases by Taiwanese phone maker HTC.
“An all-metal chassis would also helpfully differentiate the new S6 from Samsung’s early efforts at metal cases, which have so far only had metal frames,” it said Joel Locsin
