NEW YORK: AMS Instrumentation and Calibration announces the release of a new range of cost-effective industrial gas analysers in an adaptable bench-mount design. The XGA301 industrial gas analyser from Michell Instruments is suitable for applications requiring both oxygen and moisture measurements.
The new bench mounted analyser, the XGA301 can be configured to use either zirconia oxide or electrochemical cells for oxygen measurement; other gases such as carbon dioxide, methane and carbon monoxide can be measured using infrared technology.
Optional moisture measurements are also available with Michell’s Easidew Ceramic Impedance sensors for measurement of moisture content (ppm) or dew point temperature. Any two of these measurement cells can be combined in one unit for further flexibility.
The different types of sensing cell available allow a wide variety of applications to be executed by the instrument including laboratory testing, leaks in glove boxes, purity testing of inert gases and other research experiments. The versatile instrument can also be used in industrial applications such as reflow oven monitoring, nitrogen generation and food production.
Options available with the XGA301 industrial gas analysers include an internal sample pump, flame arrestor and a simple-to-use HMI with an intuitive menu structure.
