KARACHI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has recovered huge quantity of opium and charas and arrested a person during a crackdown.
Sources informed Customs Today that ANF authorities received credible information regarding smuggling of narcotics. ANF enhanced their monitoring on all the exit and entry points of the city. ANF team raided a house which is located at Faqir Colony of Orangi Town arae and recovered five kilogram of high quality charas and two kilograms of opium.
ANF authorities also arrested a person who was identified as Imtiaz Khan. Sources said that the above mentioned narcotics were being smuggled to Balochistan.
