DUBLIN: Irish operations of US multinationals are global leaders in delivering innovation. This innovation can be seen in new products, in processes and in fostering partnerships with indigenous businesses and Institutions that also support innovation. In 2015 these innovations will be celebrated at our Inaugural Annual Dinner presented jointly by the Chamber and the Royal Irish Academy. The high profile event will culminate with a very special US-Ireland Research Innovation Awards Dinner on May 15. These awards are designed to highlight the best innovation that emerges from world class FDI located on the island of Ireland.
Three award categories will be judged by the Royal Irish Academy and recognise achievements for innovative research breakthroughs in: (1) Irish operations of US multinationals, (2) Irish owned business with US FDI links, (3) Higher Education Institutes or Research Bodies that collaborate with US FDI.
