Asian stocks fall as slowdown concerns loom

SEOUL: Asian stock markets fell on Monday amid rumours of Chinese trade figures going down.

Hong Kong’s Hang Seng lowered by 0.6 percent to 22,962.35 and China’s Shanghai Composite fell 1 percent to 2,351.39. South Korea’s Kospi slid 0.8 percent to 1,926.18 while Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 shred 0.6 percent to 5,159.00. In the similar way, markets in Southeast Asia and New Zealand also fell. The Investors kept away from Asian Stock markets as the International Monetary Fund lowered its global growth forecasts .
