Belgium’s finance ministry confirmed that the Tax-on-web portal has been opened for personal and corporate income tax returns for the 2019 fiscal year.
Announcing the launch of filing season, the ministry set out all the relevant changes for this year’s returns in a presentation available on its website.
The following deadlines apply for resident individuals:
Deadline for the return of the paper declaration: June 28, 2019;
Declaration deadline via Tax-on-web for citizens: July 11, 2019;
Tax-on-web filing deadline for agents: October 24, 2019.
For non-resident individuals, the following deadlines apply:
Deadline for the return of the paper declaration: November 7, 2019;
Declaration deadline via Tax-on-web (citizens): December 5, 2019;
Deadline for entering the return via Tax-on-web (agents): December 5, 2019.
