TOKYO: Call of Duty releases trailer for Black Ops 3, showing off a four-player co-operative campaign mode which lets friends tackles the story together.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is set 50 years in the future, at a time when soldiers use “bio-augmentation” and exoskeletons to bring them enhanced strength and capabilities.

Players can boost jump in every direction, carry out power slides and leap over obstacles while being able to aim and fire their weapons. You can even run up vertical surfaces something that wasn’t possible in the previous game, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

Story-wise, the game takes place just after the events of Black Ops 2. Groups of countries have formed two opposing alliances called the Common Defence Pact and the Winslow Accord and they are now squabbling over energy and water supplies.

Check out the teaser trailer above. More details about the game will be revealed at games conference E3 in June.

The game is released on 6 November for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
