ISLAMABAD: Canadian High Commissioner to Pakistan Greg Giokas greeted Pakistanis on the occasion of Eidul Azha.

“As families prepare to celebrate, I am reminded of the importance of compassion for those less fortunate and who may be suffering, including the millions in Pakistan affected by conflict and natural disasters.  In the spirit of self-reflection, understanding and generosity, which are central to Islam, and values shared by Canadians, I offer my best wishes for health, peace, and happiness to all those celebrating Eidul Azha,” he concluded.
