LAHORE: Collectorate of Customs Preventive has issued a circular to stop clearance of consignments through manual methods.
According to details available with Customs Today, Collector Preventive Ahmad Rauf directed all authorities concerned that no consignment should be allowed to be gated out unless the same is finalized and allowed through WeBOC or one customs system.
Additional collector customs headquarters Muhammad Saeed Watto issued a circular to the Collectorate of Customs Preventive Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore, additional collector customs preventive AIlama Iqbal Airport and all other related departments.
The Collector strictly directed all concerned authorities to ban gate out of all consignments until the given procedure is not completed.
