HAVANA: The Second Technical Meeting ATAM-ATAC to exchange on the sugar sector between Cuba and Mexico held in Havana with the participation of 100 experts from both countries.
This edition aims to provide its partner nations from the experiences of a competitive industry without neglecting the social and ecological responsibility.
Similarly, the issue of electricity generation from bagasse cane emerged as a result of this agribusiness elite.
For its part, Juan Godefoy, specialist of AZCUBA Group, exposed issues related to sugar technology and the particular experiences of India and China.
At the meeting some 23 projects were discussed in several panels dedicated to industrial efficiency, new technologies and sugarcane agriculture.
