LAHORE: Pakistan Customs has announced award for customs team deputed at Allama Iqbal International Airport.. On other hand Director General of Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Major General Mussarat Nawaz had announced cash prize for the team that was received by the team.
According to sources of Customs Today Deputy Collector Itrat Hussain has praised the customs staff and also announced awards for the team.
It is also necessary to mention here that Tereza Hluskova, a Czech model who was caught at Allama Iqbal International Airport for trying to smuggle nine kilograms of heroin from Lahore to Abu Dhabi became a ‘hot issue’ on social media.
A picture, which is circulating on the social media, in which the customs officials pose with the model for a group picture also draw dire criticism from social media users.
The woman was in Pakistan on a three-month family visit visa which was issued on November 15 and valid till February 14. Customs officials have refused to hand over the woman to Anti-Narcotics Force officials and she has been shifted to the Customs House.
