Appellate Tribunal Bench-II hears 757 cases from January to May

KARACHI: The Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-II, Karachi, has taken up 757 cases since January 2015, out of which eight cases were decided in January while 68 cases were transferred to other benches, while one case was dismissed for non-prosecution.

During the month of February, 189 cases were disposed of and six transferred to other benches.

In the month of March, 16 cases were decided while 14 were transferred to other benches.

In April, as many as 31 cases were disposed of, 229 dismissed for non-prosecution and five cases were transferred to other benches.

In the month of May, as many as 18 cases were decided, 14 transferred to other benches and four cases were dismissed for non-prosecution, while 114 fresh cases were taken up.
