ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-I will resume hearing of cases on coming Thursday under headship of Chairman, Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti. .
The chairman would reach Islamabad on Thursday morning in order to resume proceedings at tribunal’s headquarters.
According to details, the chairman was scheduled to hear cases in as single bench along with two division benches. In one division bench, Member Technical, Muhammad Nasir Khan would accompany him while in another, Member Technical, Maqsood ul Hassan would escort the chairman.
Tribunal’s officials said that three benches would hear over a dozen cases. Meanwhile, Bench-II of the tribunal would also sustain its proceedings and would continue hearing of cases.
