Customs officials awarded commendation certificates for outstanding performance

LAHORE: Model Customs Collectorate Central Region on Monday award certificates of merits to the Customs officials who exhibited outstanding performances in anti-smuggling activities.

The awards were given by the collectorate on behalf of World Customs Organization (WCO) Secretary General Kunio Mikuriya for first time in the history of Pakistan Customs for their brilliant performances.

Chief Collector Rozi Khan Burki and Touseef Qureshi gave away certificates of merits to Inspector Tanveer ul Haq of MCC Faislabad while Collector of Customs Multan Serfraz Ali Wariach awarded Imran Ali Qureshi examiner and Inspector Haq Nawaz.

Collector of Customs Lahore Preventive Mukarram Jah gave the certificate of merit to Inspector Masood Sadiq and Inspector Zafar Iqbal. Collector of Customs Muhammad Zahid Khokhar presented shield to the chief guest Rozi Khan Burki.
