LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 20 different cases, which were scheduled for hearing on Saturday.
The special court has adjourned all cases, including bail pleas of three suspects till the next hearing.
The cases including tax evasion, customs, smuggling and narcotics were scheduled for hearing on Saturday. A case of narcotics against Rizwan Baig was also adjourned. He was allegedly involved in smuggling of heroin from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Lahore.
The cases of pre-arrest bail pleas of Shahbaz were also scheduled in the Customs Court for their pre-arrest bails in an alleged smuggling case but the court adjourned these cases until next hearing.
The court also proceeded on statements of witnesses on 10 different cases on the day.
